An Australia-first, the CCC provides a centralised hub for the coordination and streamlining of patient flow through the theatres environment, which will improve the overall experience for patients, caregivers and doctors.

The CCC is now fully operational, with numerous dashboards displaying key data from the admissions, holding bay, theatres and recovery units to keep caregivers informed of the progress of procedures and inform prioritisation of work at each stage of the process to maintain uninterrupted patient flow.
