How do I find out about your graduate nursing program?

St John of God Health Care recruits graduate nurses twice a year. Visit the graduate nursing page to register your interest for updates or follow the St John of God Health Care Facebook page for more information. Once you register for updates you will be notified via email when our graduate programs open for applications.

I require/ or am acting on behalf of a former caregiver and need some information related to my/ their employment at St John of God Health Care

I am a current St John of God Health Care caregiver and need some HR assistance

As a current caregiver, you need to submit your enquiry through the Caregiver Employment Services (CES) portal and raise a ticket for assistance or visit the intranet, CORA which has helpful information. Email requests are not accepted.

How to share feedback:

  • Talk to your caregiver or a more senior caregiver.
  • Talk to the Quality and Complaints Manager at the hospital.
  • Ask a caregiver for a feedback form to complete.
  • Complete the form below.

  • What occurred and when, with dates and times if possible and the people involved.
  • What outcome you would like to see as a result of sharing your feedback.
  • If you require follow up regarding your feedback, please provide your contact details.
  • We take your concerns and complaints seriously and have a process that ensures all issues are dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner. All complaints will be treated confidentially and without discrimination.
