We work in partnership with our accredited medical practitioners and welcome enquiries from doctors and specialists wishing to obtain accreditation to treat patients at our hospital.
Our doctors work in collaboration with us in multiple areas including:

- Medical Advisory and Credentialing Committee membership
- Clinical governance activities with numerous quality and peer review activities
- General Practitioner education programs
- A growing role in clinical research including multiple clinical trials.

The St John of God Health Care By-laws set out the terms and conditions which medical practitioners must comply with to seek accreditation to admit and care for patients at our hospital.

Referrals and Admissions
To admit patients and/or operate at the hospital, all medical practitioners must be accredited to practice.

Surgical admissions require completion of a surgical booking pack/consent form which can be supplied to you. Contact us for instruction on the process of surgical admissions via:

GP Direct Admission can be facilitated after we provide you with instructions and an admission pack for admitting your patients directly from your General Practice Clinic.
