St John of God Geraldton Hospital welcomes both local and visiting medical practitioners. We offer a wide range of clinical, diagnostic, nursing and support services as well as onsite pathology and radiology.

Accredited medical practitioners

Over 130 highly qualified medical practitioners, covering a wide range of specialties, are accredited to practice at St John of God Geraldton Hospital. 360 Health + Community hold regular breakfast education for doctors within our region in our Training Room.

Application for accreditation

The office of the Chief Executive Officer/Director of Nursing is the primary point of contact for any queries regarding the accreditation of health practitioners.

Applications for accreditation are considered by the Scope of Practice committee which meets bi-monthly. The Chief Executive Officer/Director of Nursing may grant interim approval until the next meeting is held. Applicants will be notified if interim approval has been granted.

Following approval, applicants will be notified in writing of their credentialing status and scope of practice.

Consulting Rooms

St John of God Geraldton Hospital offers consulting rooms for lease in our specialist centre. Each consulting room has access to internet, phone/fax and general office equipment.
