Inflammatory Bowel Disease Patient Information Evening

As part of St John of God Subiaco Hospital’s Research Week we invite you to hear about the multi-disciplinary approach, which can optimise disease management for patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

The Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBDs), Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, are lifelong conditions that are primarily diagnosed in young patients. An increasing number of patient cases are being diagnosed within the Western Australian community.

The Centre of IBD St John of God Hospital Subiaco was established to improve the disease outcomes for these patients by providing access to specialist care from gastroenterologists, colorectal surgeons, specialist nurses, dieticians, physiotherapists and clinical psychologists.
