We have recently discovered an issue with the new version of the Doctor Connect App that some users arriving at the 'Select a Hospital' screen can not advance any further. This issue is restricted to users who have logged into the app using Face ID or Touch ID.

We are taking all necessary steps to ensure this is rectified as soon as possible, but in the meantime to continue using the app without any disruption, please delete the app and reinstall it. Once installation is complete, when opening and signing in, choose the 'PIN' option and not the Face ID or Touch ID for login purposes.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and want to reassure you that the Doctor Connect team is working continuously to improve the app with value added features to enhance the user experience.
