Mr Angus Keogh is a locally trained orthopaedic upper limb surgeon, practising in both private and public hospitals in Perth.
Mr Keogh has extensive experience in all aspects of upper limb surgery from major hand injuries to complex degenerative problems of the shoulder.
Mr Keogh finished his basic orthopaedic training in Western Australia in 2009 after achieving the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons. He then undertook post fellowship training in Melbourne, Australia under the tutelage of Mr Tony Berger and Mr Stephen Tham at St Vincent's Hospital, and subsequently with Professor Greg Bain in Adelaide.
He is an active member of the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA) and a member of the Shoulder and Elbow Society of Australia.
He is an AOA WA branch committee member, and the current President of the West Australian Society of Hand Surgery.
Mr Keogh presents regularly on topics related to upper limb surgery at local and international meetings. He is a passionate researcher with interests in elbow instability, forearm perforator flaps and hand anatomy.
He has published in international peer reviewed journals.
