Dr Jade Acton is a specialist gynaecologist. She graduated medicine from James Cook University in 2006, before completing six years of specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Perth.

In 2016, Dr Acton was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

Dr Acton has completed a two-year Australasian Gynaecologic and Endoscopy and Surgery Society Accredited Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery.

Her particular clinical interest is in endometriosis and complex laparoscopic surgery. Dr Acton operates her private practice from St John of God Subiaco Hospital and has a public appointment as a Specialist Gynaecologist at King Edward Memorial Hospital. Dr Acton is interested in surgical teaching and training and is currently completing a Masters in Surgical Education. She is involved in clinical research and has multiple publications in the field of gynaecology.
