Pay my bill

If you have received an invoice for any out of pocket expenses associated with your hospital stay you can pay these charges online.

Insured patients

Once the Murdoch Surgicentre has received your Patient Admission form, our reception staff will check your eligibility status with your health fund. It is your responsibility to understand what level of cover you have. However, if there are any gaps or excesses to be paid, we will inform you in writing or contact you by telephone prior to admission to advise you of the amount outstanding. This is required to be paid on admission and prior to your procedure.

The balance of your account is sent directly to your health fund. All information provided to you with regards to costs will be documented on an Informed Financial Consent form.

The form will be presented at admission and will need to be signed on the day of admission. Any monies owed can be paid by cash, credit card or Eftpos.

Uninsured patients

All uninsured patients are welcome at the Murdoch Surgicentre. A fee estimate will be provided prior to surgery.  If you accept this fee you will need to sign an Informed Financial Consent form on the day of admission. Please note the fee estimate may change after surgery if the surgeon uses a different MBS number or additional prostheses than those quoted.

All fees outstanding must be paid on admission and prior to your procedure. Murdoch Surgicentre accepts eftpos and all credit cards.

Please note: Murdoch Surgicentre fees are separate to your Surgeon’s, Anaesthetist's, Cardiology, Pathology,
X-Ray and Pharmacy fees.
