Head to Health provides caring, inclusive and helpful mental health and wellbeing support in a calm, safe and welcoming community environment.  Our centres are for adults who are distressed, feeling down or overwhelmed, or are worried about their mental health, as well as families, friends and carers. 

Services are free and confidential. No referral, Medicare card or appointment needed. You’ll be seen by one of our experienced mental health nurses or allied health staff, who can provide information, treatment and support for your mental, social or emotional needs.
