Saj is a highly experienced specialist obstetrician, gynaecologist and robotic surgeon, and a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He manages both high and low risk pregnancies, his main focus being the health and well-being of both mother and baby at all times.

Saj is happy to allow nature to take its course during the birth process and encourages active labour and vaginal birth. He also supports women in their decision to have a vaginal birth after caesarean, and prefers to meet his patients as early as six to eight weeks of pregnancy to tailor the care plan to each individual patient's needs and expectations. Saj has a special interest and experience in minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic and hysteroscopic) for severe endometriosis, pelvic masses, hysterectomy and myomectomy.

Saj is one of very few highly trained gynaecologists in Geelong whom specialise minimally invasive surgeries (laparoscopic and hysteroscopic) for severe endometriosis, pelvic masses, hysterectomy and myomectomy. He is highly regarded for his minimally invasive Da Vinci Robotically Assisted hysterectomies.
