Dr Andrew McIntyre is an experienced obstetrician and gynaecologist, and a certified Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG). He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) at the Australian National University, and completed specialist training at Westmead Hospital in Sydney.  

He was selected for the highly competitive and coveted two-year accredited fellowship position with the Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy & Surgery Society (AGES), during which time he developed advanced skills in minimally invasive surgery and completed his Master of Surgery degree. 

Andrew moved to Bendigo in 2020 with his wife and two children, honouring his commitment to rural health and keen to apply the surgical skills developed during training to improve the health of women in the region.  

He is pleased to offer a comprehensive range of diagnostic and treatment options for women with:
