Competition rules

Opening and closing dates

After the Submission Period has concluded an Entrant who provides their contact details at www.sjog.org.au/enter now will be chosen at random and deemed the winner.

Who may enter

The only people who may enter the competition are:

• Australian residents currently living in Western Australia;
• Aged 18 years old or over
• The competition is not open to employees of St John of God Health Care.

How to enter 

An Entrant must provide the information requested at www.sjog.org.au/enter now between 8.00am (EST) on 17 May 2019 and 5.00pm on 19 May 2019 to be entered into the competition.

The entrant must submit all requested contact information.

Entries can only be submitted via www.sjog.org.au/enter now

Only one entry per person accepted.

Conditions of entry

An entry will only be valid if the Entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for the competition form part of the conditions of entry.

All Entrants who provide information to enter this competition provide that information to St John of God Health Care.

St John of God Health Care reserves the right to verify the validity of entries received, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Participants may only submit one entry, multiple entries will not be recorded.

Selection of the winner and prize details

The winning entry will be drawn at random from all entrants, which abide by the rules of the competition.

The winner will be notified by 20 May 2019, via their supplied phone number and will be given two weeks to contact St John of God Health Care to arrange collection. The winner will receive an Apple iPad Pro.

The prize must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

If any aspect of the Prize cannot be delivered for any reason, St John of God Health Care reserves the right to substitute the prize for any other item of equal or greater value.

If the prize remains unclaimed by 31 May 2019, the Prize will be considered forfeited and may be used by St John of God Health Care for an alternative purpose, entirely at the discretion of St John of God Health Care.

Privacy

Personal information collected by St John of God Health Care in conjunction with this competition will only be used to identify the winner of the competition, and to send marketing and promotional materials about St John of God Health Care’s GP education activities.

All personal information collected by St John of God Health Care in conjunction with the prize draw will be handled and used in accordance with St John of God Health Care’s Privacy Policy, available online.

Limitation of liability

St John of God Health Care, its employees, agents or contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of this prize draw or the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In the event that any such liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of St John of God Health Care will not exceed the total cost of the prize (being $1,075).
