Competition rules

Opening and closing dates

London entries into the competition will be accepted between 7.00am (GMT) and 6.00pm (GMT) on 01 October 2022. (Submission Period).
Dublin entries into the competition will be accepted between 7.00am (GMT) and 6.00pm (GMT) on 22 October 2022. (Submission Period).

Who may enter

The only people who many enter the competition are attendees at the Healthcare Job Fair (Entrants). The competition is not open to employees of St John of God Health Care Inc.

How to enter 

Entrants wishing to enter this competition, must complete the online questions via this link sjog.org.au/aussieadventureholiday which is also accessible via a QR code.
Entries can only be completed and submitted online.

Conditions of entry

An entry to the competition will only be valid if:
a. the Entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions; and
b. the entry is received within the Submission Period.
c. Winner can prove they are a health care worker
d. Prize to be used on a holiday to or in Australia

St John of God Health Care Inc reserves the right to verify the validity of entries received, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Entrants may only submit one entry each. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

Selection and notification of the winner

The winning entry will be drawn at random from all entries received. The winner will be notified via their contact details before 30 November  2022.
The winner will also be published on the competition web page: sjog.org.au/aussieadventureholiday

Prize details

The winner will receive a £5,000 travel voucher. The prize is valued at £5,000.
The prize will be emailed to the winner, as agreed between the winner and St John of God Health Care Inc.  The prize must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

If any aspect of the Prize cannot be delivered for any reason, St John of God Health Care Inc reserves the right to substitute the prize for any other item of equal or greater value.  If the prize remains unclaimed by 5:00pm (WST) 31 December 2022, the Prize will be considered forfeited and may be used by St John of God Health Care Inc for an alternative purpose, entirely at the discretion of St John of God Health Care Inc.

Privacy

Personal information collected by St John of God Health Care in conjunction with this competition will only be used to identify the winner of the competition and for St John of God Health Care’s future marketing and promotional activities.

All personal information collected by St John of God Health Care in conjunction with the prize draw will be handled and used in accordance with St John of God Health Care’s Privacy Policy, available at online.

Limitation of liability

St John of God Health Care, its employees, agents or contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of this prize draw or the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In the event that any such liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of St John of God Health Care will not exceed the total cost of the prize (being £5,000).
