Volunteering

Joining our volunteer team is an opportunity to be a part of the St John of God Subiaco Hospital community.

From greeting patients and visitors, to helping people find their way around the hospital and fundraising activities, our volunteers work in a variety of roles to make a difference in the lives of our patients and the community.

You will work with other caregivers and gather regularly with other volunteers for professional development and social activities.

We will aim to match your skills, interests and abilities to the requirements of the role to make your volunteering experience as rewarding as possible.

As a volunteer, you will participate in the hospital’s orientation and training programs to ensure you can perform your role safely and in accordance with our Values.

How to apply

We call for new volunteers several times a year through Volunteering WA and our existing volunteer network.
