Community and social outreach

As a Catholic not-for-profit organisation, we endeavor to respond through our Social Outreach program to those in our community who are disadvantaged and whose needs are not being met through other services. 

Our aim is to build strong community relationships and collaborative programs that benefit the most vulnerable in our community.

Whitelion/Open Family Youth Outreach Worker

In 2011 we partnered with the Peninsula Community Ownership Foundation to support Whitelion/Open Family to fund an outreach worker to assist homeless and at-risk young people in Frankston.

Interchurch breakfast

We contribute to the Frankston Interchurch weekly breakfast for the homeless by providing much needed food supplies. Our regular supply of food allows the program to provide a regular meal to people who are experiencing homelessness.
