At St John of God Frankston Rehabilitation Hospital, we encourage the assistance of family and friends in providing support and encouragement to patients during their rehabilitation.

Café
We have a café onsite open for family and friends. The cafe is open Monday to Friday.
Wi-Fi
There is free Wi-Fi available, please visit reception for details on how to connect.
Pet visiting
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 precautions, pet visiting including Delta Dogs is currently not permitted as per advice from the Department of Health and Human Services.
Smoking and vaping
All inpatient areas of St John of God Frankston Rehabilitation Hospital are smoke and vaping free zones. We have a designated smoking and vaping courtyard for patients only. Please speak to our caregivers to find out more.

Telehealth offers the ability to access care from the home, work or other private space without the need for a face-to-face appointment.
St John of God Health Care uses both phone and video call to connect you to your healthcare providers.
