If you do not have private health insurance you will be required to pay the estimated costs of the procedure fee prior to admission. Find out more about how to self-fund your care.
Your doctor’s services
These services of your doctor are covered under the Medicare scheme. However, there may be an additional charge (gap) above the Medicare rebate which you will be required to pay.
The amount you pay will depend on your doctor and anaesthetist, so please check with your specialist prior to your admission.
