A number of facilities are available to make your stay or visit more enjoyable.

Wi-Fi

Staying in touch with loved ones isn’t limited to visiting hours with our hospital Wi-Fi. Both patients and visitors can enjoy free internet access.

Cafe

Our cafe is located on the ground floor of the Main Hospital Building.

At this time the cafe is serving take-away only to all patients and visitors.

Opening hours for the cafe are:

Monday to Friday: 7.00am to 5.00pm

Saturday: 10.00am to 2.00pm

Parking

Parking is available onsite – rates apply.
Three hour parking is available on Ellesmere Road and Thirlmere Road.
Set-down bays are available directly out the front of the main entrance of the hospital. These are temporary bays only.

Chapel

Our Chapel is located on the lower ground floor. All who come to the hospital to visit or stay are most welcome to visit the Chapel for quiet reflection or prayer, 24 hours a day.

Catholic Mass is celebrated at 3pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and is telecast on the Hospital Channel 100.

Mercy Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy services including massage, antenatal classes, arthritis classes and baby swim classes.

We have a hydrotherapy pool onsite for patient therapy.

Pathology is located outside the lower ground floor of the hospital.

Medical Centre

A number of specialists consult from the Medical Centre which is located on Ellesmere Road, with parking onsite and on Ellesmere and Thirlmere Road.
