Parent education cancellation policy

We understand that unavoidable circumstances and emergencies do occur which may prevent you from attending a class.

Our parent education classes are very popular with our patients. Once booked, refunds cannot be issued except in instances of emergency or if you give birth before the class.

To enable us to offer all available places in our classes, we ask that you provide 48 hours’ notice if you need to change your booking. If you cannot attend a class or need to change your class time, please phone us on (08) 9438 9700 to speak with one of our caregivers.

If you speak with one of our caregivers more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of your class, our caregivers can rebook you into another suitable class at no cost.

If you do not provide at least 48 hours’ cancellation notice or do not attend your booked class, no refund or rescheduling will be available, except in instances of emergency or if you give birth before the class.

Partial refunds are not available.
