Veterans' affairs

We welcome veterans at St John of God Burwood Hospital and provide a range of services.

Our Counselling and Therapy Centre is approved with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) to provide the following evidence-based therapeutic treatment programs for DVA clients:

anxiety program
depression program
sleep program
pain management program
anger management program
alcohol and other drug program.

An appropriate referral from your general practitioner (GP) or psychiatrist is required.
