Dining Room

Our Dining Room, located on the second level, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for patients and visitors.

Our rotating menu, developed by our head chef in consultation with registered nutritionists, provides choice and variety with the menu offering a wide range of salad, meat, fish and vegetarian options. Individual food requirements will be accommodated in consultation with our catering department.

Vending machines are located throughout the hospital.

Granada Getaway Cafe

Set in a leafy cafe style environment with indoor and outdoor seating, the Granada Getaway Cafe serves meals, coffee and snacks. 

It is open from 9.00am to 1.30pm weekdays.

Florist and gift shop

Unfortunately we do not have an onsite florist or gift shop however there is a diverse range of shops, cafes and restaurants on nearby Burwood Road.

Westfield Shopping Centre Burwood is approximately 10 to 15 minutes on foot, or about a five minute drive, from the hospital.

Gym

Our gym is equipped with a range of exercise equipment which you can use to stay fit and active while you are at hospital. You must have approval for gym use by your treating doctor.

Gym bookings can be made at reception.

Laundry

Fresh towels and clean bed linen are available as required. You can do your personal washing, drying and ironing in our laundry.

All machines are coin operated and washing detergent is provided free at reception.

Chapel

Our Chapel offers Sunday Mass for patients and visitors starting at 9.30am.

Newspapers

Newspapers can be purchased each weekday at reception or from the Dining Room on weekends.

Photocopying and fax services

Photocopying, emailing, printing and fax services are available at reception for a small fee. 

Yoga

Yoga is offered once a week on a Tuesday in the Dining Room at 3.25pm and alternate Thursdays.

Telephones

Local calls are available for free within your allocated unit.

WiFi

Staying in touch with loved ones isn’t limited to visiting hours with our hospital WiFi. Both patients and visitors can enjoy free internet access.

To access the hospital WiFi:

• connect to the “Guest” wireless network
• enter your details and accept terms and conditions
• click the “Hotspot Login” button.
