Community workshops

St John of God Langmore Centre runs regular community workshops giving participants the opportunity to experience the benefits of our programs.

Run by qualified and experienced professionals, these workshops are an ideal way to try our mental health programs for yourself before committing to a longer program.

Our workshops are inviting and we welcome everyone from the community to join us. Private health insurance is not required.

Free community sessions during Mental Health Month 2024

We are excited to announce we will be hosting free community wellbeing sessions each week during October to celebrate Mental Health Month.

Places are strictly limited to ensure we provide attendees with the highest level of care.

Blokes and retirement

Men - this free session is designed for you!

Retirement can be more challenging than you expect. You may start to feel anxious about it before you officially retire. It can be an exciting time in your life, but it can also be challenging. To recognise this important life transition and to help make it trouble free, we’re running a free community session.

Mindful Movement

Menopause and mental health

A two-session introduction to art therapy led by a qualified art therapist.
