Women's Health Week competition

Opening and closing dates

Entries into the competition will be accepted between 10.30am (WST) on 4 September 2023 and 12.00pm (WST) on 8 September 2023 (Submission Period).

Who may enter

The only people who many enter the competition are attendees at the Women’s Health Week 2023 events (Entrants) held at St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital. The competition is not open to employees of St John of God Health Care Inc.

Entry to the competition is free. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the competition, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet.

How to enter 

Entrants wishing to enter this competition, must complete the online questions via this link sjog.org.au/womenshealthweek

Entries can only be completed and submitted online. 

Conditions of entry

An entry to the competition will only be valid if:

1. the Entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions; and
2. the entry is received within the Submission Period. 

St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital (and its operator, St John of God Health Care Inc) reserves the right to verify the validity of entries received, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Entrants may only submit one entry each. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

Selection and notification of the winner 

The winning entries will be drawn at random using a third party randomised name picker from all entries received. The winners will be notified by 5:00pm (WST) 30 September 2023, via their contact details supplied.

Prize details

There will be 16 prizes. Each winner will receive one of 16 prizes from Baby Spa Perth, Mercy Physio, Baby Mealtimes, Intuitive Baby Massage, Poppets Pantry, Blossom Tree Toys, The Baby Days, Baby Sensory, Baa Baa Baby, Suzuki Early Childhood Music, Clear Minds Studio, Little Land and St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital (i.e. there are 16 prizes and 16 winners).  The total prize pool is valued at $2,205.

The prize will either be posted or emailed to the winners, or picked up in person by the winners, as agreed between the winners and St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital. The prizes must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The winners will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.

If any aspect of the prizes cannot be delivered for any reason, St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital reserves the right to substitute the prize for any other item of equal or greater value.  If the prize/s remain/s unclaimed by 5:00pm (WST) 15 October 2023, the prize/s will be considered forfeited and may be used by St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital for an alternative purpose, entirely at the discretion of St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital.

Privacy

Personal information collected by St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital from this competition will only be used to identify the winners of the competition and for St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital’s marketing and promotional activities.  All personal information collected by St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital in conjunction with the prize draw will be handled and used in accordance with St John of God Health Care Inc’s Privacy Policy, available online at https://www.sjog.org.au/patients-and-visitors/privacy.

Limitation of liability

St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital, its employees, agents or contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of this prize draw or the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In the event that any such liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of St John of God Health Care Inc will not exceed the total cost of the prize (being $2,205).
