Our partners
In keeping with our commitment to creating partnerships of trust
with other like-minded agencies, we provide funding to:
- Noongar Rangers: two local primary schools run the
program in which local Aboriginal elders teach 6 – 12 year olds
about their cultural heritage.
- Street Doctor: the Fremantle GP Network provides one
session of this mobile GP service on site at Saint Patrick’s
Community Support Centre once a week.
- Hands on Health: A Registered Nurse and complementary
health service, based upon community volunteering, is funded to
operate from Saint Patrick’s Community Support Centre.
