Our programs

We work closely with you to help bring your life back into balance through our range of inpatient, outpatient and community programs. 

Our inpatient therapy programs offer a team approach to your care with psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health nurses, and other allied health professionals working with you to help you return to a rewarding and active life.

The same team approach is applied to our group-based mental health day programs, which are designed to develop your inner skills and external resources so you can address changes and difficulties.

Our community mental health program is delivered by credentialed mental health nurses who visit you at home to assist your recovery, prevent relapse and improve your quality of life.

Psychiatrists consult in private practice in the co-located consulting suites. This enables your general practitioner (GP) to contact an accredited psychiatrist who can provide assessment and, if necessary, refer you for admission to the inpatient units, day or community programs.

Our consultants cover a variety of subspecialties including general psychiatry, mood disorders, depression and anxiety.
