Mr Lachlan Dodds has been practicing urology in Ballarat for over 20 years. He has broad experience in treating urological malignancies with particular reference to prostate, kidney and bladder cancer, and has skills in laparoscopy. He also has an interest in paediatric urology and performs procedures such as orchidopexy, infantile hydrocele and circumcision.

He has had leadership roles at both St John of God Ballarat Hospital and Ballarat Health Services, being the previous chair of MAC and currently the Head of Urology at Ballarat Health Services. He represents the regional communities on the Prostate Cancer Observational Registry and is active in urological research.

He is also a volunteer board member of a male suicide prevention committee in Ballarat.
