Our professional caregivers provide a variety of services to ensure a smooth and safe recovery, including assistance with getting in and out of the car, picking up basic groceries on the way home, and ensuring the home environment is safe for recovery.

Personal care at home

This service is ideal for patients requiring additional personal assistance and support to ensure a safe recovery at home following a hospital stay.

Available from discharge and effective for the first few weeks post-hospital stay, services include:

• general hygiene assistance
• dressing and grooming
• continence support
• nutrition and hydration support
• simple pressure area care
• nursing services.

Nursing care at home

Our experienced nurses deliver both general and specialised nursing care, which includes:

• wound management, including complex wound dressings
• stoma support and education
• intravenous antibiotic therapy
• drain management
• removal of clips
• continence support and catheter management
• infusions
• immunotherapy and supportive infusion therapy
• intravenous iron therapy.
