Consumer engagement

As part of our approach to consumer involvement we have a Consumer and Carer Partnership Advisory Committee who provides valuable input and feedback about our services.

The committee is made up of former clients, their family or carers and they volunteer their time to assist us in a variety of areas.

The Consumer and Carer Partnership Advisory Committee:

  • participates in hospital committees that plan, implement and evaluate various aspects of the services we deliver
  • reviews brochures and other consumer information
  • receives correspondence and advocates for clients
  • advises and presents feedback on the hospital and its services

Meetings are conducted bi-monthly and we will inform you of any actions that result from your feedback.
