Pre-primary students bring Christmas joy to hospital community

Liwara Catholic Primary School pre-primary students performed heartwarming nativity songs for the enjoyment of St John of God Subiaco Hospital patients and caregivers.

As part of their video, the students shared the story of the birth of Jesus through song and dance.

The students traditionally perform in the hospital’s onsite chapel, however, due to COVID-19, the performance was recorded and shared across the hospital.

St John of God Subiaco Hospital Director of Mission Integration Jennifer Healey said “The Nativity Play is an annual event on our hospital’s calendar which we very much look forward to.”

“It is always wonderful to see the pre-primary students’ creativity and how they help to bring joy to our patients, visitors and caregivers.”
