Frank Loss, Lead Occupational Health and Safety Consultant, says the Expo gave caregivers the opportunity to find out more about the benefits they can receive from St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital.

“Representatives from Maxxia, Hesta and HBF came along, with lots of information on what is available to caregivers,” says Frank.

“Mercy Physio were offering free shoulder massages, giving people the chance to put their feet up for a bit and enjoy some relaxation.

“We also had Athletes Foot come along, and they brought their ‘My Fit’ portable measuring tool and spoke to people about the importance of correct and supportive footwear.”

Congratulations to Anna Beazley, who correctly guessed how many pieces of fruit were in a basket, and to Lynette Jacobs, who won the raffle filled with goodies.

Money from the raffle will go to Homeless Healthcare, our Charity of the Year.

This will be donated along with the $546 raised from the sale of the Entertainment Book, and $341 from a cake stall held in the Ursula Frayne Unit.
