It’s National Palliative Care Week and we would like to thank all members of our Palliative Care Team for the very special care and support they provide to our patients and their loved ones.

Our palliative care service plays a vital role in improving quality of life for patients who are undergoing treatment or are in their last few weeks of life.
Patients are cared for by a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including doctors, nurses, social workers, dieticians and physiotherapists, to ensure their psychological, social and spiritual needs are met.
