The transfer is subject to due diligence by both organisations and various regulatory and Catholic approvals however it is expected to occur before the end of March 2017.

Marillac provides disability support services for children, teenagers and adults in Melbourne’s south east region, it supports 350 clients and 150 staff.

Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr Michael Stanford said St John of God Health Care, Marillac Ltd and the Daughters of Charity share a Catholic identity and similar Mission and Values.
