New Trustee for St John of God Health Care

The Members of St John of God Australia Limited have recently appointed Eva Skira a Trustee of St John of God Health Care, Australia’s largest Catholic notfor-profit private health care provider. This appointment follows 13 successful years as a member of the organisation’s Board, most recently in the role of Deputy Chairman.

Ms Skira’s career spans the commerce and financial sectors, where she has held executive positions at Commonwealth Bank and Barclays de Zoete Wedd, as well as
consulting in business, project management and strategic advice.

In addition, she has held numerous non-executive positions on governance, regulatory and advisory boards in the business, government, education and not-for-profit sector.
Eva’s extensive experience and her long-standing association with St John of God Health Care will stand her in good stead as a member of the Trustees, a highly respected and
experienced group who guide the organisation to ensure it remains faithful to its role as a ministry of the Catholic Church.
