As a courier for pathology, Karen can be seen moving quickly around the hospital collecting items for Pathology. Nominated by Kirsty Connell and Lucille Ridley, she has been recognised for the value of Hospitality.

Lucille says it seems Karen’s smile arrives half an hour before she does.

“Since moving from the gift shop in the main reception area, Karen has become recognisable for both her cheerful smile and her quick pace,” says Lucille.

“Her positive attitude reflects the value of Hospitality, which is so important in our role as carers of those coming to our hospital.

“Karen often helps patients and visitors find their way throughout the hospital and shows professionalism in her role.”

Congratulations Karen.
