The structure of our disability
service is the backbone of the whole organisation and our
success thus far is based on our experience and drive to get it
right. As a result of the current structure:
- the flow of work is constant
- links between streams are stronger, and
- actions and outcomes take place quickly.
Accord is well on its way to
building a stronger disability support service and, as a result,
increasing employee engagement, retention, satisfaction,
determination, and accountability.
