Everything you need to know

We request that you come for a pre-admission interview after the
34th week of your pregnancy. This meeting enables the midwife to
record your medical history and provides an opportunity to discuss
any queries you may have.
It is important you advise both your doctor
and the Maternity Admissions Clerk if you have been hospitalised in
a hospital outside Western Australia in the twelve months prior to
your admission. We also request you are aware of your health
insurance cover so we can provide an estimate of fees and
charges.
To arrange this appointment please call our
Maternity Admissions Clerk before you are 30 weeks pregnant on 9382
6294 between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
