Parking
Patients may be set down at the hospital entrance; however,
parking is not permitted in this area. Wheelchairs are available
from Reception if required.
Visitor parking is available on site; however, charges apply
from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, at a cost of $1.60 per hour to a
maximum of $8 per day. Parking is free in the evenings, on weekends
and public holidays.
The car park is gazetted as City of Melville parking station 17
and parking regulations apply. The car parks are patrolled by
Security Officers and fines may be issued for not complying with
City of Melville by-laws.
ACROD permit holders are entitled to park free-of-charge in
ACROD bays and all ticket parking areas.
Motorcyclists are requested to park in the motorcycle bays
provided (free-of-charge).
Long term visitor parking
From 1 July 2010, a discount will be introduced for long
term parking permits for patients and visitors, at a cost of $15
for two days and $5 for each additional day. Permits are available
from Patient Accounts (located in the main hospital building near
reception) on weekdays between 9am and 3pm. Payment in cash is
required in advance and no refunds are available.

Transport
The train and busport is located within easy walking distance of
the hospital. You can telephone Transperth on 13 62 13
for train and bus timetable details or visit Reception to pick up
brochures for local routes and timetables. A free ‘taxi phone’ is
available at the hospital reception area for your convenience.
