St John of God Murdoch Hospital.
Please phone 9366 1352 to organise patient medical
admissions. On stating your requirements, the Duty or After
Hours Manager will attend to your needs.
The patient's full name, date of birth, admission diagnosis and
any specific care instructions must be given at this time.
