The Chief Executive Officer/Director of Nursing is the primary point of contact for medical practitioners.

In order to admit patients or consult at St John of God Frankston Rehabilitation Hospital, all medical practitioners and allied health professionals must be accredited and hold clinical privileges.

Applying for accreditation

To apply for accreditation at St John of God Frankston Rehabilitation Hospital, please request an application form from the Chief Executive Officer / Director of Nursing's office on 9788 3333 or via email at hr.frankstonrehab@sjog.org.au.

The hospital's by-laws require that evidence of professional indemnity and registration is sighted annually.

Copies of these documents should be forwarded to the Chief Executive Officer / Director of Nursing as they come to hand.
