Advanced Care Directives

We strive to provide excellent health care, which requires close collaboration between you, the patient (or guardian), your doctor, our nursing staff and pastoral care services. In order to respect your wishes and the ethos of the hospital, we undertake to offer you only those treatments which accord with your personal treatment decisions, the Catholic Health Australia (CHA) Code of Ethical Standards for Catholic Health and Aged Care Services in Australia and relevant legislation.

If you have an Advanced Health Care Directive, please ensure you discuss this with your treating specialist and bring a copy of the directive with you to hospital.
