Admissions
Patients can only be booked/admitted under the care of
a practitioner who has admitting rights to the
Hospital via its credentialing process.
The Hospital requires a hospital/booking form to be submitted
for each patient, and in turn the patient will be provided
with an informed financial consent to sign on admission.
