Social Services
A social worker is available in the hospital
as part of the Discharge Planning Team. Patients and
family may access the service by calling 2599. Aged care,
veterans care, complex discharges and all other matters that
require assistance or information are dealt with by the Discharge
Planning Team who will refer to the social worker.
