Chief
Executive Officer - Steve Hall
Steve was appointed inaugural Chief Executive
Officer of St John of God Health Choices in May 2009.
He previously worked as a hospital Chief Executive Officer and
Director of Nursing and has held other management roles in the
hospital, community and non-emergency ambulance sector. Steve has
qualifications in nursing, critical care, adult education and a
Master of Business Administration and brings his expertise in
service development, clinical governance, operational management,
clinical education, quality improvement and clinical standards
development.
Director of Clinical Services - Fiona Sanders
Fiona was appointed Director of Clinical Services at St John of
God Health Choices in May 2010. Fiona has been accountable for
managing private hospitals in Victoria and has spent a number
of years as a Director of Nursing in the rehabilitation sector.
She previously held the position of Director of
Ambulatory Services (incorporating the Home and Community Care
program) at the Royal Children's Hospital. Fiona is responsible for
driving operational performance and clinical service delivery
at Health Choices.
Finance Manager - Hui Meng Voon
Hui Meng Voon was appointed to the
position of Finance Manager with St John
of God Health Choices in April 2013. Hui Meng
has a background in management and financial accounting in the
transport industry and treasury/financial markets. Hui Meng
has also worked in internal audit and IT across both public
and private sectors.
Service Development Manager - Wayne Massuger
Wayne Massuger was appointed Service
Development Manager with St John of God Health Choices in November
2010. Wayne joined Health Choices from the Victorian Department of
Health where he held the position of Senior Project Officer and
Project Lead for the Victorian Hospital in the Home review. Wayne
has also held the position of General Manager of sub-regional
health programs for the Knox Community Health Service.
Director of Mission and Workforce - Michael
Trainor
Michael was seconded into the role of Director of Mission
and Workforce in July 2010. He has a solid history with St John of
God Health Care, having been engaged in the role of Human Resources
Manager with St John of God Hospital Ballarat for the past three
years, as well as the Acting Director of Mission role at Ballarat.
Michael has shown a deep commitment to the mission of St John of
God Health Care through his involvement with the social justice
programs offered in Ballarat and will assist in determining
how Health Choices might incorporate social justice programs.
