About Us
Health Choices
Established in July 2009, St John of God Health Choices is
a Division of St John of God Health Care Inc, and is responsible
for delivering a range of acute, post acute, community nursing and
personal care services to privately and publicly funded clients
across Australia.
Health Choices was formed to continue and enhance the work
commenced by the Sisters of St John of God in ministering to the
sick outside of traditional hospital settings.
Home nursing in Victoria and Western Australia
Health Choices currently provides in excess of 100,000 episodes
per annum of acute, post acute,
community nursing and personal care services throughout Western
Australia and Victoria. The service covers metropolitan and
regional areas and is provided to insured and uninsured members of
the community. Given our history of providing care to a range
of people from all walks of life, including those who
are disadvantaged, we aim to ensure our service is
culturally and linguistically diverse in nature.
Under the leadership of Chief
Executive Officer Steve Hall, the Health Choices'
team is committed to ensuring a dynamic and growing health care
service, operating alongside St John of God Health Care's hospitals, pathology
services and Social Outreach and
Advocacy services.
Health Choices builds on our holistic approach to health care by
increasing our reach and capacity to enhance people's lives across
physical, mental and spiritual dimensions.
