Caregiver resources

Caregivers working for St John of God Health Care can access important information relating to their employment, support their learning and access their caregiver email account via several online portals. Your caregiver number and password is required to login to these portals.

Connecting remotely

When you log in to most of these systems remotely, you’ll need to confirm it’s you by using the NetIQ Advanced Authentication (NetIQ) app on your smartphone.

St John of God Health Care uses the NetIQ mobile app for multi factor authentication (MFA). MFA confirms your identity in a secure way, and is used in addition to your username and password.

Caregiver Employment Services (CES) Portal

The Caregiver Employment Services Portal is an employee query management system which allows caregivers to submit and track employment and payroll related enquiries, access employment resources and update personal details, access payslips and submit leave requests through MyPay.

Workday

Workday is our Human Resources Information System that allows you to easily view and update caregiver personal information, view your payslips and request leave bookings (for relevant services/ sites).

You can download the app now via the below links (to access the app outside of St John of God Health Care Network, please use the Multi-Factor Authentication app - NetIQ).

MyLearning

MyLearning allows you to manage your learning and development goals online via Workday. You can apply for relevant courses and programs, complete competency assessments, and keep a record of learning and development activities for professional registration purposes. 

MySchedule

Use Kronos web application to view your schedule, timecard and shift availability.
Use UKG to access your schedule, timecard, leave and shift availability:

MyPay

MyPay provides secure access for you to view certain leave balances and request leave.

Please submit leave requests and view balances through your relevant systems, i.e., Kronos, UKG, MyPay or Workday.

Webmail

Access your calendar, contacts and caregiver email through Microsoft Outlook Webmail. 

MyAccount

Visit the MyAccount self-service portal at any time to change your password/passphrase. You can instantly regain access to your account if you have forgotten your password/passphrase.

If you have forgotten your password/passphrase MyAccount will need to confirm your identity through an SMS code sent to your mobile phone (this will be the mobile phone number you have registered through MyPay).

If you are accessing MyAccount outside the St John of God Health Care network (for example if you are working from home), you will also need to sign-in to NetIQ as part of the process - select the 'Smart Phone app' option when prompted for authentication. 

Pulse caregiver app

Make sure you never miss a St John of God Health Care announcement by signing up to Pulse, our free caregiver application (app). Pulse is designed to keep you connected with your colleagues and community, anywhere, anytime. 

MyPolicy library

For access to St John of God Health Care policies, caregivers can log into the MyPolicy Library.

Mind Tools

Mind Tools is a learning tool provided to St John of God Health Care caregivers. It is a completely self-directed, innovative and exciting way to learn new skills and knowledge. This platform has high-quality, expert-led content with broad and deep content that can be used by all caregivers within St John of God Health Care. 

Employee Assistance Program

We partner with Converge International to provide its Employee Assistance Program to our caregivers and their immediate family members. This program offers you access to free confidential support for a wide range of problems that may be affecting you. For more information call 1300 687 327 or visit the Converge website.

Clinical reference library

Our clinical reference library provides current, evidence-based information to all health professionals to support best-practice patient care, research and caregiver education.

Access the clinical reference library on Cora (onsite only – see Library Services on ZENworks). Support is available to all caregivers to access library information by emailing [email protected].au or phone 08 9438 9593.
