Art therapy
Our collaborative art therapy program is offered in a safe and nurturing environment, encouraging you to use your creative imagination through different art mediums such as drawing, painting, collage, clay and other craft activities.
You may participate in structured group therapy led by a qualified art therapist, or take part in arts and craft sessions where you can learn about a variety of techniques and different individual projects.
You do not need to have artistic skill or talent to take part in art therapy and your needs and abilities are taken into account.
Our art therapists work closely with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and allied health professionals to help improve your health and wellbeing.
