Counselling and Therapy Centre
Our treatment programs offer individualised care to support you to return to your active, healthy and rewarding life with a focus on group sessions.
Treatment is provided by experienced psychologists, social workers, therapists, occupational therapists, welfare officers, nurses and chaplains.
We focus on assisting you:
- transition from your inpatient stay
- support during times of crisis
- maintain your wellbeing, continue your recovery from addiction, and facilitate personal growth to avoid hospital admission.
Our programs
All our counselling and therapy programs are research-based and tailored to meet your needs. These include:
- adult trauma
- anxiety
- depression
- dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT)
- radically open dialectical behaviour therapy (RO-DBT)
- drug and alcohol addiction
- interpersonal skills
- mindfulness
- postnatal depression (perinatal depression)
- post traumatic stress disorder
- schema therapy
- STAIR - Skills Training in Affective & Interpersonal Regulation

Referrals
You need a referral from your general practitioner (GP) or your psychiatrist to attend our therapy programs.
Please check with your health insurance and doctor regarding your level of cover and any potential out-of-pocket-expenses.

The Counselling and Therapy Centre is located at 420 Parramatta Road. Access and parking is available via 3 Grantham Street.
